No dance lessons required—just a willingness to take your next step.
Starting today, WIN has a shorter rhythm: two simple actions, one interesting fact, an easy health tip, and a little inspiration.
This week’s theme: find your walking rhythm
☀️ A Little Inspiration
“An early morning walk is a blessing for the whole day.” —Henry David Thoreau, Journal, April 20, 1840
👟 Your Two-Step
Step 1: Give your walk a place in your day. Choose a familiar moment—before breakfast, after lunch, or after dinner—and plan a manageable walk around it. Ten minutes might fit. Five might be your starting point.
Pick a time and distance that work for where you are today.
Step 2: Leave yourself a reason to return. Afterward, write one sentence: “Today’s walk was worth it because…”
Maybe you enjoyed the fresh air, noticed something beautiful, or appreciated making time for yourself. Capture that small win—and choose when you’ll walk again.
✅ Easy Health Tip of the Week
Set out your walking shoes tonight. Give tomorrow’s walk one less obstacle by having what you need ready to go.
💡Did You Know?
Your walking time can add up throughout the day. Three 10-minute walks total 30 minutes—and even shorter bouts count. You don’t need a minimum 10-minute session for activity to contribute to your health.
